Drawing on his varied experience in residential construction, Mr. Harrison provides project support through plan analysis, quantity surveys, and project records documentation as well as monitoring job progress and compliance when serving as an owner’s representative. Before joining the Downey & Scott team, Mr. Harrison worked as a carpenter, a site foreman involved with residential remodeling and historical renovation, a custom home construction superintendent, and a Florida State Residential Contractor.
Mr. Harrison has valuable experience with design-build projects, job planning, scheduling, and supervising workers as well as qualifying vendors and sub-contractors. His area of expertise includes blue print interpretation, project scheduling, estimating, purchasing, quality control, and excellent job oversight abilities. He is skillful in networking and maintaining relationships with contractors. Mr. Harrison’s versatile skill-set adds a valuable hands-on component to the services offered by Downey and Scott, LLC.
