Bill Lehmer brings integrity, clarity, and 43 years of trusted expertise to his Construction Management and Engineering role. His performance as a Project Manager here with Downey & Scott, LLC has been nothing less than exceptional.
Before joining Downey & Scott, he served as “Facilities Planning Director” at Mt. Vernon, George Washington’s historic home. He has broad project experience in both public works projects and private commercial facilities construction with regional award winning contractors such as Chamberlain Construction Corporation (Senior Project Manager), WR Manchester Inc (Project Manager), Scott Long Construction (Project Executive), and Sabre Construction (Project Manager). While at Sabre Construction, he served as Project Manager on the FBI Academy Indoor Firing Range and the Support Building located at Hogan’s Alley.
Bill's numerous years of Construction Management experience coupled with his "Can Do" positive attitude allow him to contribute an honest and invaluable hands-on perspective.
