Chris Taylor brings Downey & Scott, LLC valuable knowledge in the areas of estimating and project managing as well as specializing in commercial HVAC. Some other areas of expertise include, interaction with general contractors, owners, architects, and engineers as well as reviewing contracts, budgets/project estimates, coordination of subcontractors, project progress meetings, project cost management, and project-closeouts. Projects have included plan-spec, design-build, equipment replacement (rooftop units, cooling towers, boilers, fan coil units, etc.), ductwork modifications, negotiated work, new buildings, additions, renovations, hydronic systems, VAV duct systems, and plumbing work.
His numerous years of project management and cost estimating add a valuable hands-on perspective to the team. He has performed extensive project management duties on numerous federal, state, local government and institutional projects. He is a valued team member and brings considerable focus to the project at hand.
