Experience:
Mr. Bariteau began his construction career being in charge of 27 engineering aides for a SeaBee battalion in Viet Nam. He has worked as a manager of construction and land surveying, as well as a general contractor estimator, site development estimator, and a field engineer.
For twenty years he was principal and owner of a consulting company providing design and cost management of site projects to county governments, contractors, developers, engineers, and architects. Projects have included colleges, subdivisions, schools, shopping centers, government complexes, churches, office buildings, commercial development, and military installations.
Mr. Bariteau has extensive site design and site development cost experience, and his experience is valuable during the development and budgeting phases of project development. He is a valuable member of the Downey & Scott, LLC team and offers our clients reliable results.
