Ms. Mullins continually provides clerical and records management support for Downey & Scott to ensure proper and excellent support to all clients. She has extensive experience in data entry, records management, managing account receivable transactions, and preparing correspondence & routine clerical duties. Her responsibilities include general clerical duties, accurately maintaining project files, processing job files in Downey & Scott’s software programs, answering all calls, providing technical support to assistants and project managers, product/vendor coordinator, processing of all invoices, and editing of proposal materials.
Ms. Mullins ability to adapt has afforded her the opportunity to be involved in numerous projects while providing support through records management and client interaction. She is a highly respected and valued member of the Downey & Scott team.
