Glen Warner Soccer Facility
This is a new soccer facility for the United States Naval Academy which totals 14,400 GSF. It includes locker rooms and a Hall of Honor for the Naval Academy's Soccer Team. Also included was the adaptive reuse of the existing playing fields. The total amount for this project was $3.60 Million.

Downey & Scott, LLC has performed the Cost Estimating for Glen Warner Soccer Facility. We performed three submissions and used the Navy SUCCESS System for our estimate.
