Greensprings Village Retirement Community
This project includes a variation of new buildings and renovations to existing buildings. In this community will be 16 apartment buildings, 4 community buildings, on-site dining facility and a new chapel. The total cost of this is $265 Million.

Downey & Scott, LLC is responsible for developing the constructions schedule and monthly updates which are used by Erickson Construction as managerial tools.
