We are excited to announce that we have been awarded the construction management contract for the Wexford Village Commercial Development in Bealeton, VA!

The project will enhance the area with a new 700’ access road with a commercial entrance featuring a traffic signal and will develop commercial parcels to support future growth. Highlights include two modern single-story self-storage buildings of 9,720 square feet each, a substantial two-story self-storage facility spanning 55,000 square feet, and three versatile commercial pad sites. Comprehensive utility infrastructure will also be integrated to support these developments.

With an estimated construction cost of approximately $3.9 million, this project, designed by Legacy Engineering, RKA, Bowman, and built by B&B Signal and Groundscapes, represents a significant investment in the future of Bealeton.
