We have been selected to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Phase Services for the City of Emporia’s new Police Headquarters. Our role includes evaluating PPEA Design-Build proposals. We will provide services through both the 12-month design and 16-month construction phases. The project, delivered via the PPEA Design-Build method, carries an estimated hard construction cost of $18.5 million.
