We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Preconstruction and Construction Management services contract for the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail renovation project located in Charlottesville, VA!

The project includes demolishing 16,000 square feet, constructing a new two-story, 33,100 square foot building, and renovating approximately 40,000 square feet. Enhancements will include a new front entrance, updated cells, common areas, visitation spaces, and outdoor recreation facilities.

With an estimated budget of $49 million and designed by Moseley Architects, we are dedicated to providing top-tier construction.
