Downey & Scott recently celebrated this significant milestone by attending a ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking the completion of a project that will serve our community for years to come.

The new Town Hall spans 12,000 square feet and features a modern, single-story design that houses both administrative offices and the Town Police. The project included permeable paver parking lots, solar lighting, and a Village Green area for Town activities.

With a total construction cost of $10,937,274, this project was a collaborative effort designed by Glave & Holmes/Timmons Group/LPDA/2RW and was constructed by Cooper Building Services.
