Downey & Scott provided Pre-Construction Phase Services for this Affordable Housing project providing 102 residential units in four two-story buildings, plus a 2,950 square feet Clubhouse, in a mix of one, two and three bedroom types. The building is slab on grade, wood framing, and includes two fire walls. The buildings was built in accordance with the 2018 North Carolina State Building Code and will be Type VA construction. Pre-Construction Services included: Constructability Reviews, Develop Overall Project Budget, and Bid Analysis.
