Downey & Scott provided Pre Construction Phase Services for this Affordable Housing project providing 144 residential units in a mix of one, two, and three bedroom types, located in a new four story building. The building is slab on grade, wood framing, and includes two fire walls. The building was built in accordance with the 2018 North Carolina State Building Code and will be Type VA construction. Pre-Construction Services included: Constructability Reviews, Develop Overall Project Budget, General Contractor pre-Qualification, and Bid Analysis.
