Downey & Scott is providing Pre-Construction and Construction phase services for the Kappa Sigma National Headquarters Expansion. Phase 1 includes a 5,500-square-foot two-story East Wing addition featuring a museum exhibit space, a 49-seat sloped-floor theater, and a chapter room, along with support spaces. Phase 2 consists of a new 8,813-square-foot standalone building featuring sleeping units, fraternity archives, a classroom, and restrooms. The project is being delivered through Design-Bid-Build.
