Downey & Scott performed Construction Management Services for this 11,400 SF renovation and Addition of the Manassas Museum. The improved museum now includes a special exhibit hall, permanent gallery; collections storage, offices, and support space; and an outdoor courtyard, amphitheater, and patio. Visible from the nearby train station, the expansion will attract new visitors to learn the story of Manassas and provide opportunities to educate, unite, and grow the community.
