Downey & Scott Construction Inspectors will perform site inspections to ensure that the project is being installed according to the Construction Documents. A field report will be created and stored in our OwnerInsite Construction Management Software which details the daily activities, number of contractors on-site, deliveries, weather conditions, and progress photos of on-going activities. These Daily Field Reports serve as a record of on-going construction activities for the life of the project.

Depending on project complexity and budget, we work with our clients to determine the optimal number of days on-site for inspections, typically ranging from twice per week to five days per week. Our Inspectors are supported in the field by our Construction Manager and Project Manager.
