1. Negotiate a fair contract and make sure that the project scope, price, and time are realistic.
    

2. Build from complete, coordinated construction documents, and updated schedules regularly and realistically.
    

3. Attend and participate in job site meetings while insisting on accurate, timely minutes and obtaining commitments.
    

4. Document changes, events, and incidents at the time they occur while providing communication and accountability. In every communication, we include what is required, any deadlines, and the consequences.
    

5. Create and maintain dialogue with project participants in ways that make the owner’s position known and ensure timely responses.
    

6. Address and resolve disputes proactively and reasonably during the construction phase.
