Downey & Scott is providing Pre-Construction and Construction phase services for the adaptive reuse of The Historic Asbury Church. The project encompasses 2,092 square feet and will be used as an interpretive site focused on the history of Asbury Church and Middleburg, and a small gathering space.  The project will be completed using Design-Bid-Build procurement.
