Downey & Scott provided cost estimating services for a new two-story fleet maintenance and administration facility totaling 19,590 square feet, with additional 10,000 square feet of dedicated warehouse storage, a fueling station and a 1,500 square foot vehicle wash bay incorporated into the overall design.

The first floor was designed to support daily operations and training activities and includes vehicle training areas, locker rooms, a mud room, break room, staff kitchen, vehicle maintenance areas, shop bays, and dedicated tire and tool storage.

The second floor accommodates administrative support functions, featuring offices for personnel, a crew chief office, conference room, and a map plan room. A roof terrace was also included, providing an additional collaborative and amenity space for staff, vehicle wash bays and a fueling station.
