Downey & Scott provided Pre-Construction & Construction Phase Services for the construction of a new Fire Station totaling approximately 16,225 square feet. Building included Apparatus Bay, Offices, Training Classroom, Dayroom, Kitchen, Dining Room, Exercise Room, Gear Storage, Locker Rooms and Bunk Areas. Pre-Construction Services included: Constructability Reviews, Develop Overall Project Budget, and Bid Analysis. Construction Phase Services included: Daily Field Reports, Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports, Participation in OAC Meetings, Pay Application Certification, Processing of PCO's and Change Orders, and managing MTSI Contract.
