Downey & Scott provided Cost Estimating Services for the HVAC modification/replacement of 24 terminal HVAC units on 24 separate buildings. The total area to be renovated due to the HVAC modifications will be 157,202 SF over all of the structures. Scope of work included removing existing equipment, abatement of a rubber base and mastic, procurement and installation of rooftop equipment, supports, curbs, roof guards and rails, masonry work, any new supply duct work and electrical work for connections.
