Downey & Scott provided Pre-Construction and Construction Phase services as well as Commissioning for this PPEA project totaling 165,000 GSF. Our services included constructability reviews, value engineering analysis, daily on-site field reports, pay application reviews, change order review, managing MTIS contractor, and project close out documentation. The building includes 64 classrooms serving +/- 1,100 students, a soccer field, a multi-use field, two parking lots, and a bus loop. The estimated construction budget for the project was $75,780,000.00.
