Downey & Scott provided Construction Management Services for the Mingea-Feagan’s Gardens project, which aimed to commemorate the historical Mingea Cottage house, demolished in 2013. A raised area has been created to host an outdoor classroom/lecture space and a fireplace, situated within the former cottage space. This is surrounded by a cutting garden paying tribute to Mary Feagan's contributions and sustainable garden interests.
